I got these gummies for my wife. She had been complaining about thinning hair and nails that are too fragile. She started to take these gummies and has noticed what she is saying is a reduction in hair loss during showers and hair styling. She also told me her nails will take longer to verify whether or not the gummies work for them because they have to grow out first. Although she said her nails do seem to appear very healthy. Her favorite part is the fact they are sugar free! Getting a little older and loosing hair isn't bad enough, your dietary intake should get lower too! These gummies are only 10 calories so they don't really affect your dietary restrictions. The taste is good for a sugar free gummy also.

I’ve been taking these hair gummies and I really like them so far. The fact that they’re sugar free is a big win for me and they taste good without being overly sweet. The texture is nice and easy to chew and they feel clean compared to other vitamin gummies I’ve tried. My jaw is dropped
This is absolutely amazing. I'm truly stunned by the effects of these supplements. I've taken plenty of supplements in my life and i've never seen results but these results were so immediate. I've only been taking them for 6 days or so, I've lost 4 pounds! I believe it may have a nutrient in it that i must lack because my cravings are completely gone. My skin that has been dry and pimply my whole life has cleared up and is very plump. My scars are fading. I haven't noticed much to my hair yet but the very roots of them look very thick. My nail bed is growing in thicker as well. On top of it, I take it at night and it helps me sleep AMAZING. I dont need melatonin anymore. This supplement for hair and nails provides a good boost of biotin and vitamins needed for healthy skin, though most consumers probably already supplement these vitamins by taking a daily multivitamin. These vitamins are a cute little shape which is fun. I appreciate that they are sugar free so I don't feel guilty taking them but they are still a treat. The flavor is mild and they aren't overly sweet, but its a pleasant enough flavor. The texture is a bit chewier than I expected, but it's not awful by any means. The older I get, the more I have trouble with thinning and breaking hair as well as nails periodically breaking and feeling thinner than the reliable weapons I had all my younger days. They go down easily with water or any liquid, even without food if I’m in a rush. I take two per day as suggested, usually one in the morning and one later, and I’ve never had any trouble swallowing them or noticed any upset stomach or digestion issues.

This seems to be working well!Prior to taking it my nails were weak and breaking constantly due to perimenopause. OMG! The back of my hair literally stopped growing 2yrs ago. I had to keep cutting the front above my shoulders so it would be even. I bought these because of the good reviews I read. Well, in June I bought my first bottle and now , 5 months later, the back of my hair has grown 2 1/2” or a little more easily . I combined the gummies with a shampoo and conditioner called Carols daughter which helps prevent breakage from flat irons and blow drying. What a remarkable difference! I wish I had taken pictures from then to now. I’m so happy with my hair now. It’s fuller, longer and softer even with the blow drying and flat iron. I take two gummies every day.
