Maca Plus

I’ve been using this twice a day 2 capsules each time for 11 days. I have noticed an increase in my libido, energy but most of all my general mood. I do deal with anxiety, mood swings and depression. It has helped me with focus and cognitive ability. I have adhd and I am a call center director so being sharp mentally is incredibly important. I am also going on 42 and have three youg children. I have experienced some increase in energy. I do take this along w/ Niacin and Ginko. I’ve been taking Niacin for a year with minimal effect. I just added both this Maca product and Ginko in the past 11 days. The combination of all these products has been the greatest benefit. One day I forgot my niacin at home only having my maca and Ginko and my energy and mood was drastically inferior to when having all three. I will continue use all three as I understand from research that 4-6 weeks of the usage of maca is when improvement should take place.

I took this supplement for about a week, and I got my period without any cramps, back pain or energy dip I normally experience. And the thing is, I did not take it for that reason, I didn't know that it works for cramps. I took it to try and help my energy levels throughout the day, which it did as well. Very subtle but noticeable increase in stamina. The lack of pain during period was surprising, I didn't connect it to maca at first and was wondering why was my period a surprise instead of the usual back pain followed by cramps! Needless to say I am very happy with this supplement!

Trying to grow my glutes so i bought these while also working out consistently. I'm on my second bottle it does work - its been 2 months and there has definitely been noticeable growth, i went from completely flat to a little shape lol. The taste is not bad. Easy on the stomach. I like this maca product. This is my 3rd order from this brand. I loved it because it gives me a huge amount of energy to start my day. It’s also helped with my partner, as sexual desire has increased significantly. So, for me, it’s the best. I 100% recommend it if you want to have a very active sex life.

This Maca Root is amazing. I am taking for hormonal balance (perimenopause). This definitely gives energy, helps with my hormones, and increases sex drive. I'm on my second bottle. I chose this one because of price, the inclusion of black, red, and yellow maca (with black pepper fruit to help my body absorb it), and because it is gelatinized maca which is important for our body to utilize it. I plan to put this one on subscription so I don't run out.

I was honestly skeptical to buy this (especially when people claim a supplement can help you increase your butt size) but i was proven wrong. I wish I could give this product 10 stars. I use a few other products as well but this one sets it up and sets it off!!

I used these for about 3 months and they seemed great. I’m now trying to cut back on taking vitamins and using more real foods to obtain the nutrients. However if you can’t do that and need a capsule or quick way then I’d continue using these. Easy to take and great price. No smell in my opinion. They helped with overall mood being in post menopause. I know maca is very beneficial.

I started taking another brand of Maca three times a day. It helped with the hot flashes but I hate taking so many pills a day. When I found Her Daily Maca and the dose is high enough for once a day-amazing! (even though they suggest two - one works for me). Not only are my hot flashes gone, my libido is up, no fatigue, no brain fog, and my weight is starting to normalize. Get this brand if you are suffering with perimenopause symptoms. I heard about Maca online and Started taking it I had complete Hysterectomy and hot flashes been wicked for.8 mons i took this for this week and haven't had one and my babe said to give it a couple days off and go back but otherwise I wasmt sure of this would work along with the othe benefits from taking Maca this product is affordable and works thank u

Ummmm ladies...... If you don't like the water works, please stay away from these..... I've gained weight in my bottom..... Under a month taking these pills with Fenugreek and Ashwagandha supplements...

I followed the package directions, started with one a day. I love my coffee in the morning, but the crash in the afternoon made me just want to lay down and take a nap.
