Greens Superfood Powder

Let's be honest, the idea of drinking "greens" can be a little intimidating. Seeing a list of 50 whole food ingredients, I was bracing myself for an overpowering, grassy flavor with a weird aftertaste. I am thrilled to report that this Her Daily powder is the complete opposite of what I feared. It has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. The biggest win here is the taste. I genuinely enjoy drinking it, whether it's mixed with plain water or milk. It has a pleasant, mild flavor that is not at all "grassy" and leaves no strange aftertaste. It mixes well and goes down smooth, which makes it a habit I actually look forward to instead of a chore to be endured. Loll. I'm now on my second container after subscribing, and I can confidently say I feel it's effective. While it can sometimes be hard to isolate the effects of one supplement, I have certainly noticed a positive improvement in my overall well-being since I started taking this daily. It feels like it's making a real difference. For the quality of the organic ingredients and the noticeable benefits, I find it to be well worth the price. If I had one minor critique, it would be that I wish each container came with more powder. Because I use it every day, it feels like I go through it relatively quickly. However, this doesn't take away from the quality of the product itself. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add a greens supplement to their diet but has been scared off by the taste of other products. Her Daily has created a high-quality, greens powder that is both effective and delicious. I'm very happy with my subscription and plan to continue using it!

It's been less than a week since I first started incorporating this green juice into my morning routine, and I must say, the effects of it have been quite remarkable. I really have been very pleasantly surprised. I have way more energy, my skin is clearer and glowing (and I have a pretty good skincare regimen, but this juice took it to the next level, especially since the pre/probiotics in this are helping to clean out the gut which reflects directly onto the skin, healthy gut = healthy, clear skin). Also, I started taking this the week before the first day of my next cycle (the flow) and my normal fatigue during the week going up to it has gone way down. I feel so much more clear-minded and all around in a better mood. My cramps are even at a minimum. I usually need to take a Tylenol, but the cramps were so mild, it was manageable. I keep waking up and exclaiming, "The green juice!!" to my family in wonder because I haven't changed anything else really to prompt this kind of energy boost. I'm starting to think I *really* hadn't been eating my greens properly before this. I'm very glad to have added this as a part of my daily intake! Overall, very happy with this drink.

So far so good. I’ve had it 2 days in a row with no side effects like the greens superfood i bought on TikTok gave me. I mixed one scoop with 12 oz of cold water in my Ninja. It was slightly gritty but some crushed ice took the grittiness away. The taste isn’t bad-let’s face it, it’s not desert, so set the proper expectations from the start. Overall, I like this alot, it’s a great way to get nutrition. I’ll order this again.

Since i started taking this I feel clean inside, if that makes sense to anyone. The first couple of days I was in and out of the bathroom, then I finally got to that place where I was ok. Cleaned me out I guess! I do feel better - I have kidney stones and I was told to not consume too many dark greens like broccoli and spinach because it adds to my issue.... this product (I don't know if it's by coincidence or not) seems to have irritated my stones and I've now passed 4 of my stones (tiny though) however it was NOT as painful as previous stones. I don't know what the difference was, but if you suffer from kidney calcium stones, maybe give this a shot? I do feel a lot better, I haven't been eating green veggies for a while due to fear instilled by DOCTORS... I've gained weight, don't feel good ever... now I'm starting to feel good again. Shipping was great and very fast. It doesn't smell great but it doesn't smell horrible either. I mix this with Emergen-C orange flavor and I cannot taste the grassy/green flavor anymore. Great purchase in my opinion, hopefully someone else can give this a shot too with great results! I've lost 1 lb in the first week of taking this, no added exercise & my eating habits didn't change - I've only added this to my morning drink.

I wanted to increase my green food intake as I rarely eat enough vegetables. The taste is ok but I mixed it with prune juice and it made a modest difference to the taste.

High-quality supplement without artificial additives. It dissolves without lumps and the taste is excellent. I will definitely buy it again.

I 100% recommend this green powder for someone looking to get the nutrients but doesn’t really want the taste of it. Put a little bit of this in with your natural fruits and vegetables that you like and give it a blend. You will get all over the focus that all of the nutrients with none of the bad flavor.

I'm new to taking greens powder so the taste was something i had to get used to. I started mixing it with fruits and making different smoothies instead of just mixing it with water and that made it so much more enjoyable to drink. Besides the taste it has helped my gut health so much. I will keep using this.

Needs some lemons but great stuff!

I add the super greens to my scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and it’s delicious.the eggs turn green but that’s fine.super healthy for my wife and I.i just mix it in a blender.

I’ve only just started using this product recently, but I have noticed a big improvement with the way I’m feeling. I don’t know for certain that it’s the Greens Powder, but this and the Her Daily Collagen Peptides are the only new thing I’ve implemented in my daily routine. I have more energy, my joints hurt less and I feel stronger. My husband even remarked about all of the energy I had over the weekend. I was able to accomplish a few tasks that have gone undone for some weeks now. So far, I’m very satisfied with these two products.

I LOVE this Super Greens powder drink. I was surprised to find that it tastes great and is easy to swallow too. There are no artificial sweetners in it! I just mix it with spring water and drink it down. Nutritionally you won't find a better product; This is definately the best bang for your buck!

Time will tell about the benefits. I am not a fan of the flavor but its not bad when mixed with fruits or veggies. The price is good. It does have other ingredients that is not in other greens powders. i will order again because the flavor is something i can overcome and the benefits make it worth it.

I like this super foods powder. It gets my daily dose of nutrition in. I have it once a day and drink it in the morning with just 8oz water.

It tasted good in yogurt and i didnt have to hold my nose to get it down. Any greens that dont taste like dirt is worth the money.

This works well especially if you have a hard time eating greens. I love it even more when it's on sale and it tastes pretty good especially with milk.

Tastes great, no funny smell, and no awful side effects like bloating or gas. I wish the container was a larger. The delivery is so fast i literally received it the day after ordering. No complaints other than i wish there was a bigger container.

Taste great. I notice a difference in my health within 3 weeks. Less acne, I lost 5 pounds, bm is easier. I needed this in my life and I'm so glad I decided to try it.

I just got my order and tried it. I mixed it with plain vanilla protein powder. It all blended in the shaker bottle well, and my drink wasn't noticeably thicker than normal. The powder is quite fine, so the scoop just falls to the very bottom of the container, but that's not a big issue really. Good so far.

I purchased these greens about 3 months ago and just now purchasing a new container. So depending on your use, they last pretty long. I try to make a smoothie every day. But of course, there are days that I don't. I mix it with fruits and other things to make a smoothie. Since adding this I feel so much more energetic. Like I can get my day started easily, especially being in post menopausal, I'm literally tired all the time. So when I drink my green smoothie i actually really feel like my day is good and I won't be exhausted throughout the day. I also notice my bowel movements are more regular, and I don't feel hungry afterwards. Most mornings, this is my breakfast. I recently started adding the Her Daily collagen peptides powder. So I will leave a review about that soon. Hope this helped.

Awesome greens. Her Daily makes great products! Mixes so much better than others. Flavor is a little grassy in water only but I mix with OJ and it's perfect.

I have tried a hand full of greens but this is only one I keep rebuying. It actually tastes good on its own and it’s pretty good value. Also i find compared to other greens brands ingredients i find this ones to be a higher quality. It tastes good and mixes well. 10/10 recommend this product if you are looking to add a green supplement to your daily routine.

I like the flavor it gives than other green powders but it takes getting use to it , i heard mixing it with almond milk tastes good so ill try it with it

I have been using greens powder daily and have probably tried all of the brands. One thing that I have found with most is that they either cause bloating or constipation and who needs that? I have purchased this brand three times now and have had nothing but good results. No bloating, no constipation and the flavor is good, it doesn’t taste like ground up grass!! I say give it a try and see for yourself but if you have had any of the issues I have stated with other products I say give this one a go!!

I have tried COUNTLESS greens powders. This one is my absolute favorite and I have not stopped buying since I first tried it. It has a light taste- almost kind of sweet, doesn't smell funky, and it's not super expensive. I mixes really well in a shaker bottle and you don't need the spring ball. It mixes OK in a glass. Highly recommend!
