I am hopeful
When my mom was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 she begun diet and exercise, but was extremely hesitant to take Metformin due to its harsh side effects. I started researching to find a natural alternative and came across Her Daily Berberine. My mom had tried other glucose and didn't have much luck with them, I decided to buy this supplement for her. Reviews and research sounded that this is the way to go. After just a week of taking this twice a day, my mom's fasting blood sugar readings dropped from 180s to 130s and her readings are averaging lower and lower. Her most recent A1C test is showing a 0,7% drop. I'm sure, those who have the same diagnosis understand me! I'm hoping that my mom is now heading back toward pre-diabetic stage. A good berberine product.
I have used berberine as a supplement for my blood sugar for a long time. This product is a good one! It does not irritate my stomach and seems to last throughout the day. 2 capsules is the recommended dose and I take it in the morning with my breakfast. My blood sugar has stayed stable and my cravings (carb) are manageable.

These berberine supplements along with diet and daily excercise truly do work! I went from 240 to 205 in just a couple months and feel much better 😎 I shoot for a zero carb day and 1 -2 mile walk at 2.7 speed on the treadmill. My goal is 185 and hopefully will get there by the end of this year and reverse this type 2 😊 just an observation. This is a good supplement for those who are below 200 points. It also does curb my appetite where I have to be reminded to eat something. Don't give up the quest for better health if I can change anyone can do it! Hopefully this helps someone.

I haven’t noticed any major weight changes. I do have PCOS and live a fairly active/healthy lifestyle and I definitely do feel as though this is helping me stay consistent and be able to lose weight. I don’t feel this is a super weight loss supplement, but for PCOS being able to MAINTAIN my weight and actually be able to lose it through my lifestyle is a huge game changer! I also feel as though I’m not craving sweets as badly, so maybe it’s helping balance out different levels in my body. Overall very pleased with the product!

Nothing has helped my PCOS weight. Absolutely nothing. Not calorie counting. Not working out 6 days a week. Getting 10K steps in daily.
This did the trick! I'm not cutting out sugar completely either and still down 11 lbs in 3 weeks. It does stop most of the cravings though. I even stopped buying lattes (I would have half a cup in the morning) because they kept expiring in the fridge from not wanting them.

I've read a bunch of the reviews and have yet to see anyone say that it helps if your struggling with having difficulty with bowel movements. That is exactly why I'm taking it. It works and way too well. I was recommended this supplement and it's the first one I've ever taken that actually works. I've seen a bunch say that it helps with blood sugar, high BP, weight loss, appetite suppressant. I'm diabetic and have not seen any of those effects as of yet. Been taking for about a month now. 2 pills at dinner every night. I'm going to try cutting the dose in half because the amount of times per day that I need to go and the urgency to go is too much.
