We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All Her Daily orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Colorado, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the United States.

 

1. Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or major holidays.

 

2. Shipping Time (All Destinations)

 We currently ship across the United States, as well as Canada, the United Kingdom, and select international countries including Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

For U.S. customers, delivery typically takes:

2–4 business days with standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)

1–3 business days with express shipping (USPS Priority)

International orders are shipped via FedEx, with delivery typically within 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

 

Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on the fastest available option for your location.

 

4. Tracking Information

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.

 

5. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free U.S. shipping on select orders or promotions.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you if any issues arise.

 

7. Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

HER Daily is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
