1. Returns & Change of Mind

 

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Opened or unopened items

As our supplements are ingestible products, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, include:

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

 

3. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

 

4. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Delays caused by carriers

If your order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
