Definitely does the job if used as stated. Sometimes even if not! No issues at all. Been using these for a long time. Takes down the rapid bloat from eating certain foods. I bought these as we were having some digestion issues for a while and this was recommended to me. We took them as recommended and it seemed to have done the trick. Things gradually got better until I was back to normal. Did this do it or did our bodies just fix things over time?
