Once I hit my late 30s, I started getting nasty hangovers for no good reason. Just for being older. I bought some of those hangover patches that are supposed to time-release vitamins into you, and the different ones that I’ve tried work really well. How does that relate to these vitamins? Well the patches are kind of expensive for the amount you get. I went out for some drinks with friends and I’m now in my early 40s, and I realized by the end of the night that a hangover was imminent. When I got home, I figured I’d take a multivitamin, just to help restore some level of vitamins in me. Next morning? No hangover. Slightly upset stomach but that’s my own doing from mixing alcohol. So now I take one of these every time before I go drinking. I take them on other days also when I can remember too. But it does make me think they’ve got some goodness in them that’s helpful to the body since it’s preventing my hangovers. Now I’ll caveat that also by saying the max amount of drinks that I will have in one night is like five over several hours. So I’m not saying this can save you from a complete binge. But I am saying that it helps me.

Off the bat it has a smell but its not unbearable and there's no harsh taste so that's good. Apart from that it seems to be helping since I had surgery (normal bms etc) and hasn't upset my stomach.

It is a quality brand and product. The vitamin pills are relatively large in size, so they can be harder to swallow. I recommend to take your daily pill with large glass of water. Also, I don’t recommend to take this pill before food. Each time I took it before having my breakfast, it made my stomach upset. So I only take it after having my breakfast.

These do not leave that vitamin taste in your stomach like a lot of them do. Usually I have upset after taking, but not with these. Good purchase. Plus they're smaller easier to swallow.

I will have these multi-vitamins for a very long time. Great value and totally worth the price. They are decent size pills, so if you have any issues taking larger pills these may not be for you. The taste is not bad at all, there is a slight coating so I typically swallow these before there is any taste of pills or vitamins in my mouth. These do have your typical vitamin scent to them, but it isn't bad. I have a very sensitive stomach and have trouble with a lot of different pills and food, these do not bother my stomach at all which is a really big plus!! These are awesome vitamins and have added calcium and vitamin D. Highly recommend if you are looking for a multi-vitamin!

I have been taking this forever. I am still in great health for an octogenarian. I can't claim that it kept me alive all of these years, but I will say that it hasn't done any harm.

It is originated in USA, hoping there is good care given with the ingredients. It is easy to swallow and most vitamins are all near or over 100% daily value, except for calcium, but there is always many other sources to meet the daily value.
